Jago is an anciently inhabited fortress dominated desert world within the Segmentum Pacificus, one of the Sabbat Worlds. A mysterious and treacherous planet, Jago is identified by it's huge rocky desert terrain and pocketed fortifications built by unknown hands. Evidence supplied during the Hinzerhaus campaign lodged by Tanith forces suggested that it was originally inhabited by a pre-human civilisation. Jago was taken over by the forces of Chaos during the fall of many of the Sabbat Worlds, and had previously been deemed too fortified for an offensive before a change of Crusade Force policy opened a way to it's liberation.

Pre-Chaos Occupation[]

Nothing is known of Jago before it became a host planet for Chaos, other than that it had a human population and, prior to this, a population of oversized humanoids which may or may not have been Abhumans.
